Leigh honed her passion for desserts as a pastry chef, when she experimented with flavors and techniques. She’s gained valuable knowledge about food through catering, marketing and working at The Washington Post for five years. She holds a Masters degree in Gastronomy from the University of Adelaide (Australia).
